Abstract Submission Rules:

  • Submission of abstracts online through the congress website www.pncongress2021.org is the only valid form of submission. Abstracts sent via e-mail will not be accepted regardless of the system. You can access the online abstracts submission system digiAbstract’ via the congress website.
  • Submitted abstracts will be blind peer reviewed by the referees in the Abstracts Evaluation Committee electronically.
  • Abstract evaluation results will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the responsible author during registration.
  • Each "presenter author" should submit two abstracts maximum. Three or more should be submitted by another presenter.
  • Corresponding author should include their abstracts in one of the presentation styles (Oral or poster) specified in the system. The presentation method can be changed by the "Scientific Evaluation Board" according to the content of the paper by the evaluators.
  • The sub-theme of the congress should be selected.
  • The authors are responsible for typographical errors.
  • The congress organizing board has an initiative to request a correction in the text of the proceedings.
  • All editing and translation responsibility of the texts belongs to the authors of the paper.
  • In order to publish the abstract in congress book, the registration must be completed by presenter and the abstract must be presented.
  • Abstract Submission Deadline: September 15,2021

Abstract Preparation Rules :

  • Abstracts should be written in Turkish and English.
  • Names of the authors should not include their affiliations. The name and family name should be written with first letter in capital.  Ex: Mehmet Küçük
  • The names and addresses of the institutions where the authors work must be specified.
  • Corresponding author name should be underlined and an e-mail should be added.
  • If abbreviations are used in the abstract, the full name of the abbreviation should be indicated in parentheses.
  • Abstracts should be prepared as a maximum of 500 words to cover the purpose and content of the subject.
  • A minimum of three and a maximum of five references should be used in the paper.
  • References should be arranged in order of use in the text. Reference numbers in the article should be indicated in square brackets and without minimizing. References  "Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to Biomedical Journals" (http://www.icmje.org) should be written in accordance with the latest updated version of the manual.
  • Referenced sources should be written at the end of the paper, in order within the text and with one blank line between the references.
  • Turkey Science Terms benefiting from at least three identified sites, should be added to up to five keywords. Between the keywords, they should be added with a comma in all lowercase letters.
  • The abstract should not include image and table.

An abstract that does not match with anyone of the rules mentioned above, will be abondoned.

Oral Presentations :

  • Abstracts should be written in Turkish and English.
  • Oral presentation time is maximum 10 minutes.
  • The presentation videos to be shot in accordance with the video recording directive to be sent to the corresponding author must be sent by the specified date.
